Bo Zolland does some fine work. You need that long front hood to offset all that engine weight!

I like the idea....but the dinky grills and head/tail light and bumpers and window chrome have to be brought to 2008 style....shapes are amazing!!!

Were these left over from a production run of "Pimp my ride?"

Humm... it looks ok and all but I've never been a fan of a car with erect nipples.

Front end is too long for rear engined car, IMO.

And rear hips go too far over the wheels and tires.

That's what I was thinking...great idea, but the execution leaves something to be desired.

I am going to to against the grain and say "NO". What makes the Carrera / 911 such a classic is that fact that is has evolved. It has kept a classic look and improved on it every year. Everyone has there opinions about some of the generations, but everyone knows it's a Porsche 911.

This trend by Ford/GM/Chrysler to build retro cars is just a fad for them.

If you like the old cars then buy one of them. But if some qualities about that car are back in style let Porsche incorporate them into the next design. But don't try to build a 60's looking car just to be like the soon to be bankrupt big 3.
