Ok, now that I can actually see the picture (site admins fixed whatever was causing the hitch), I'm not buying it.

I can pile crap next to the car all day long. I want to see pictures of it all actually IN the car. ;-)

BTW there are "seats" on grocery carts too, but I will warn you that whatever you do, do not try to put an adult in them. My wife struggled like crazy when I tried to get her to fit in them.

I don't think folks are managing that. Adults don't really fit in the back. I can fit two teenagers in the car, but with my son in the front with his knees practically on the dashboard, there was a 5'10" girl in the passenger side back who had to sit at an angle. And I can fit two standard school knapsacks in the frunk as long as I remember to remove the windbreak before I leave. And if I intend to work the clutch, no one over 5' tall can be behind me. So you can do it for short emergency trips, but realistically, only 10 -11 year olds or under for any distance.

Just reminded myself of a time my wife called to ask me to pick up my son at school. I was driving an SLK that day, and when I pulled up at the school, he was staring at me and holding his cello. So we drove home with the roof down, cello on his lap sticking 4 feet into the air on the highway. 911 is not particularly cello friendly either.

I use my rear seats all the time.

The back seats are GREAT! But the cabriolet top makes is a heck of a lot easier to get your passengers into the rear area.

The 996TT is even more comfortable for them, strangely enough, even being my daily driver, I have no photos of the children in it... task for tomorrow morning when I take them to school

excellent picture! I had a Boxster before getting my 996 (and now 997). But the Boxster stayed in the garage most weekends, since I have a 9 year old daughter. Since moving to the 911, it has become the "family" car. My daughter is a huge Porsche fan now!

i feel bad for the kid behind the passenger seat in the last pic, he's practically stradling the seat in front of him. i wouldn't do this to my two girls (age 2 and 5).

That is my son, and he is not. He moved closer to the front for the photo. Plenty of space for him there. Might be an issue with the angle the photo was taken that makes it look like he has no room. Look at his cousin in the other seat.

In the frunk!

I've taken my younger daughters (7 and 8) to and from soccer and school lots of times. Plenty of seating room for them, and the frunk holds the school bags or soccer gear fine.
