Default 2009 911 Sport Exhaust

I assume it works the same way as before, meaning that it is loud under 2500 rpm, and then quiet until 4500rpm, then loud again? I wish it would just stay loud all the way as long as the button is left "ON". I would love to order the PSE if it just stays loud or quiet throughout the rpm range depending on the button position.

Any insights or suggestions?

Thanks.

On the old 997 engine with PSE there was an orange connector that you could just disconnect to make PSE stay in sports mode all the time.

I don't if the connector is in the same position on the new engine.

I don't want it to be "on" all the time. I want to be able to keep it "on" or "off" at any rpm by using the switch.

You want a button that either keeps it on or off (all the way) -not like what Porsche offers, correct?

I believe there's a few people who've designed and installed this option. Check the 'search' button.
