Default Tubi headers and exhaust, any thoughts pro or con?

Anyone have the tubi headers and exhaust? any links to a sound clip. My car is a 2006 991s with x50. Is there any small hp gain? Any alternative suggestions? I want a deep throater sound then my sport exhaust.
thanks

There are some HP gains to be had with headers and mufflers but to feel any gains on a 997S I'd sugest Softronic ECU program, headers, 200 cell cats, free flowing mufflers and possible the EVO air kit.

As far as sounds goes the Tubi mufflers are not the deeper throaty sounding of the bunch. Tubi mufflers are actually very stock like quiet at idle. Fabspeed seem to have the deeper sound but still have that Porsche cup car wail at above 5000rpm. AWE would be a little quieter than Fabspeed but still a lot deeper sounding than Tubi.

There are many other choices out there like Europipe, FVD, Remus and other but I have not heard those yet.

I have just the Fabspeed mufflers and they have near 20,000 miles on them and over 25 track days. They are very durable. I also have the Softronic software and it is so easy to install and it feels like a improvment in power and has been proven on the dyno as so.

You must mean X51 option.

The PSE is quite nice,--perhaps I hear it well because I have a cabriolet. You really think it's not significant from your vantage point? I wouldn't mess with what you have. Too much and then you're merely drawing attention to yourself. (I like having the switch).

I agree now that I re-read your post. If you already have PSE on your car I'd just leave it alone unless you are turning your car into a mostly track car and trying to save weight in the back. PSE is the best sounding mufflers I have heard.

You've already got X51 headers and PSE...don't bother.
