I love my 2006 as well.
Actually, I think AutoWeek loves them all too, but they were effusive about the 2009.

It's a Porsche, what is not to like. Some may be faster, some might handle a little better. But when it comes to benchmarks Porsche is it.

The price, for us wanna-be ballers.

Seriously though, I don't see how they couldn't like it.

What's not to love. Except for the dang phoney paddles on the PDK. Other than that, as always, Porsche and nothing else matters.

thirds on Ed_Gen's comment.

Autoweek should be called Autoweak. Two things going for it: comes weekly and can be read at one breakfast. The Net has to be killing it - it's all old news.

Wetstuff - I agree, AW is weak. I've been a subscriber forever, but probably not much longer. The content has really gone down hill. I find Dutch and the other geezers/columnists annoying and really out of touch with my interests (and I'm 42). They should call it AARPweek.

Yes they love Porsche, but they also love every other high-end sportscar so their reviews are useless. The only value is in the owners comments that they sometimes print. They should just let the owners write the entire article. Oh yeah, we do that here.

I think AutoWeek's F1 coverage is excellent.
