I'm surprised at how young everyone is. I expected an older crowd. I was 39 when I got my first Porsche (Boxster S), 42 when I got my second (964), and 43 when I got the 997. Currently 44.

Do 911SCs, 964s and 996s count?
-Purchased 79 911 at age 19
-Purchased 94 911 Speedster at age 26
-Purchased 04 911 GT3 at age 32
Still waiting to buy my first *new* 911... Hopefully, within the next few years. Looking at older 911s as DDs...

I got my 996 when I was 30 but unlike the US where the Porsches are still quite reasonably priced it cost $250,000 in Australia! Had I been in the USA I would have got it on my first year at work after college!
I still get annoyed at the price, I am currently ordering a FL car for Singapore - its costing me a STUPID USD 367,000 and my salary is no different to my counterparts in NYC and my rent is about USD 6,000 per month. Damn Singaporean government! I am gonna start of a biz importing chewing gum on the black market to make up the difference - only kidding : )
