Default Loud Wind Noise

While running my 08' C2S at about 80 MPH on a windy day. I had a loud "flapping" noise on the passenger side. It sounded like I had a plastic bag or something caught on the car. I stopped, looked underneath and all around, and didn't see anything. Started out again and the loud flapping noise continued even at 60 and 70 MPH, but stopped when I got into slower city traffic.

Has anyone experienced this, or have any idea what it might have been? It was really loud. Like when we used to put balloons on our bikes when we were kids. And only on the passenger side.

Thanks.

No worries, can't believe they have not addressed the issue, but there is an easy fix. Read this thread, I dealt with the same problem!!! Took a couple of dealerships to fix it.

I haven't even "known" you that long, but having a sense of your personality, when I saw your post I just knew the "wind noise" would be what it was. Good one.

I get that noise as well. Usually a strong crosswind, like we've been having here lately, will do the trick. You can take your chances with Gaudin but I suspect they will be unable to reproduce it if the wind is not blowing the same way.
