Default Great Dealer Experience

I just wanted to let all the Rennlist members know of the great dealer experience we had with Chris Sanner (Likemystoppie) and Chad Lozon at Porsche of North Olmstead. They were able to take a trade in long distance and deal with all of the logistics of the deal in a timely and professional manner during the purchase of a 2008 Carrera S. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody in search of a new Porsche. Thanks again guys.

What did you trade? What did you get?

Where are you located? How far to take delivery? Car shipped or did you pick it up in Ohio? Thinking about negotiating with them on my next P-Car.

I am in Tucson, Arizona. They are in Ohio. They shipped both my trade (2007 CLK 550) and new car (2008 Carrera S). No hassles and the car arrived as promised. Would definately buy from them again. See if they have any allocations for what you want. Good luck!

I also had a very good buying experience with Chris. I flew to Ohio and they put me up in the Ritz and Chris took me out to dinner. The next morning he picked me up at the hotel and drove to the dealership where I finished the paperwork and had a GREAT drive home.

Jee'z - Chris got me a water?! ...but I got (what I felt was) a good deal ..and, more importantly, a near perfect car .. to do a 10hr drive home.

My experience with Stoddard was less favorable. I was working with a relatively green sales person (I won't mention his name). In buying cars over the last 30 years, and for that matter running sales organizations, I find it incredible how many deals get lost when objections aren't properly addressed.

My experience might have been better had I worked directly with Jason.

Same experience with Chris at NO - which I've posted before. But its worth noting that he's backed by some good people who took care of title and sales tax problems very professionally and promptly for me (I financed out of a third state with USAA, whose loan ops are in a fourth state). Great sales experience and great after-sales experience.
