Default Thought on a 05 997s?

A dealer has offered to sell me the following 2005 997 C2S for $58k:

32,0000 miles
Arctic Silver/Stone
Power/heated seats
Rear wiper
Bose
Cd changer
CPO 2011

Does that seem fair? Thoughts would be appreciated.

$58K seems reasonable to me but you could probably negotiate. If the car is in excellent shape:

Average private party sale numbers would be $57K in
Average Retail price would be $62K
Average Trade-in would be $53K

You can grab these numbers on KBB.com and these numbers may vary based on your location. Good luck. I'm looking as well.

Price seems high for the mileage, but the CPO length has some value. I would negotiate.....

Seems like a pretty good price to me. If it passed my once over I would buy it at this price if they wouldn't move down any more. I can assure you once you drive off the lot and get it about 4k rpm you won't give a **** if you could have gotten another 1-3k off the price.

Thanks for all the feedback. Much appreciated.

Another question: what are "critical" options to have?

Xenon?
Sports Chrono?
PSM PASM?

Are there options that if absent would seriously affect resale?

Thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

PASM and Xenon's are standard on the S so yes if absent would be a cause for concern.
Otherwise the general rule of thinking is any options make your car sell quicker not for much more money.
"Rear footwell lighting" would seriously affect the value I believe, I mean can you imagine now you would see the dirty paws prints of the your kids back there!

$58K is very good for a 997S, if not cheap.

Is that a good price? Nav? Does CPO cover the PASM system? How many miles when you bought it? Break-in period? Track time? Condition of clutch? I thought I read on here there was some rear problem that effected 05's?
