I am very comfortable having them do the work on the recent rear-ender and should have my car again by Saturday.

In the past I did paintwork as well as full detailing etc. Now, I farm out ALL touchup to a shop as they have the equipment but most importantly, talent and skill to do the job correctly.

I'm sure between your local PCA chapter and dealerships in the area, yuou'll find the best one for the work.

Once done, you can then relax and maintain it.

May I also say, it's time for a clear paint film and you're lucky if you can get Premier to do the work if they are close enough to you. Hell, I'd even have the car shipped just to have them do it! Worth every penny and can save you from all kinds of nasty stuff as my film has.

Good luck and keep us posted on your resolution.

Regards,
Deanski

If I was on that side of the coast, you bet I'd be there!

I would highly recommened to those thinking of film to go and see for yourself what this looks like and how well it can protect your car!

I have it, and worth every penny. All cars I've had all have film on them. Works well, hard to detect and just plain smart for those wanting their finish to last without touchups.

Enjoy the open house!! Post some pics!!

I had my front bumper/nose repainted by a shop that specializes in MB and Porsche. It was a little over $500. So, my advice is take it to a pro.

Looks like road debris damage to me, not vandalism

thanks dr shine!!! It will be a great event - expecting turnout to be over 200 vehicles. Fortunately, parking allows for this...I'm sure plenty will post pics along with us!
