Are rattles and noise coming from the center console coverned by warranty?

Default Are rattles and noise coming from the center console coverned by warranty?
...or is that something I have to pay for them to check to see the cause?

My rattle in the console was the white plastic piece on the bottom of the removable part of the ash try. Replaced under warranty.
