Default No Black C4S for me

After much debating, I decided that I just can't subject myself to another black car, with the constant hassle of trying to keep it swirl-free. So, I've changed my April build C4S to meteor gray. It was either that or ruby red, and the ruby red was tempting, but I just can't pull the trigger on that. So, the final order is meteor gray with natural gray leather, and a whole bunch of useless options that add weight and make me happy.

I did say final order, didn't I?

Nice to see I'm not the only one who changes an order. Although until it's locked, I consider "changes" to just be the process of arriving at your final selections. And that's my story.

I can only imagine the reasons for no RR.

I can't wait to see the Natural Grey interior. For some inexplicable reason, nobody ever seems to order that.

My order is still open. Who knows, tomorrow it may be RR?? Your car is going to be very unique, in a good way.

I've already got enough trouble from my right foot made of lead without driving around a red beacon that gives police an easy target to focus on. That's the practical reason for no RR.

I think it's a terminology thing... "natural grey" sounds about as appealing as "beige"

As a former Black car addict, I know the pain of letting go. I am now Black free since November when I took delivery of my White C2S Cab...I am now spending 1/4 of the time cleaning and fussing over every little mark or water spot. While I am far from cured of my Illness, I am on the right track.

As a retired owner of a black 993 with which I competed in top-side concours, I can tell you that it's true--black isn't a color, it's a hobby.

Drove a Meteor/Nat Gray not long ago. Stunning combination. Enjoy.

I couldn't do black either. Atlas is bad enough.

As a serial black car owner, I understand your decision (cough ***** cough) to opt for Meteor Grey.
Yesterday morning I stripped, clay-barred, polished, and then put Rejex on my Black C2S. It looks great. I'm pooped.

leader.....ha! a lil dirt? who cares? I'd rather have a dirty black p-car as opposed to a clean ruby red one...

More like, black isn't a color, it's an obsession.
