Default DIY dent removal

Found this at a Jeep forum that I frequent. The typos in the video alone are enough to scare me, but it is a very interesting concept. I guess I should have paid more attention in Chemistry class.

The steel gauge on the average Porsche is way too thick to get this to work. Some have also had luck with an ice cube on a hail-dented car's hood. No Porsches, though.

What the heck, I'll try it on our minivan over the weekend and see how/if it works. Thanks for the info!

Be careful Dan. Comments like this are going to have some of us acid-dipping our (Porsche) bodies for weight savings.

I have used a wet plunger to pop out a large, uncreased dent on a door.

I hope it wasn't wet from its designed use.
