I have a C4S and I did a few runs (on a closed circuit with marshals and safety teams of course...)

It is quite difficult to get a very accurate timing, but the times were on both sides of 7s. I would say 7 sec is a fair comparison time. Not a huge difference to the 3.6...

 

Looks like bella is in VA - Virginia is a bad place to get caught. $1000 tickets for residents + jail time is a good deterrent.
