The air bags for wheels with triangular centers (which is the case for MF wheels) are not compatible with the round center wheels (which is the case for Sport wheels). So if you have MF and want to change to a Sport wheel, you need to buy one with the airbag included.

I think the MF wheel is pretty nifty. Like it better then the MF wheels standard on the MB cars.

I like the volume/mute control and the overall style of my MF steering wheel, but do wish it had thicker rims.

I went with the Techart wheel as it looks and feels incredible. It is a Porsche wheel that Techart re-works. Here is a pic...

Thanks Tinluver. Everyone who sees and feels the steering wheel wants to replace theirs. I went with CEC out of CA, Miami was not setup yet then. I worked with Albert at 310-203-3900.

Same here. That wheel looks great. I'm in SoCal. I believe Shark Werks carries it, but would be interested in anyone closer that supplies same or similar wheel. Shark Werk's is listed at $1950 including core exchange, or another $600 without exchange. This steering wheel is over half the price of my new Volvo 142 in 1968!

Porsche never seems to get the steering wheel right. They should take some lessons from Ferrari or even Lotus!
