Default Configurations for dreaming insomniacs

I don't know about anyone else but apart from driving my car I LOVE coming up with new configurations (any dealer want to hire me as the "Saturday Boy" to do this?) and frequently seem to wake up at 2 am and run through this exercise.

I'm currently on a Targa trip and quite fancy the idea of a T4S as my next car. I'm pretty sure (at least in the twilight zone) that I would like a Carrara White T4S with Carrera Sport wheels and Natural Brown interior. But it could have Sand Beige Black interior. And it might be Meteor Gray instead of White.

Anyone want to play along? Either finish my configuration off for me or offer up an alternative of your own.

Nuts? Probably? Fun? Yes? Join in and enjoy? Why ever not???

I'm liking the white T4S and I'm liking either interior color, but I am paritial to the blk/beige 2 tone. I think it provides a very nice contrast and gives the option of black deviating carpet or just black mats. CS wheels are almost always a good choice. Once you decide on a variant, your colors and get your wheels nailed down, it is all about what sort of form do you want the car to take from there and how much function do you want to pay for. The myriad of options available from Porsche allows you to go for a luxurious look with supple leather and lots of other leather/wood bits, techno with the carbon fiber and aluminum, boy racer with the colored seatbelts and deviated stitching, or classic with a fairly low option car. I don't think there is one theme that is better than another, but I believe it is important to not overdo it and not mix themes too much.

Since you are configuring in the twilight zone, pick a look and load her up

I think Carrara White and Sea Blue is just stunning, and too rare of a combo, IMO.

If it's not, then you need to change your order! I changed my C4S order this past weekend to include adaptive sport seats with full leather back, after my wife looked at me and said, "that's the second time you've mentioned those seats since you put your order in on Wednesday. If you want them, get them, because you should be happy with it just the way you ordered it." So, we went down to the dealership, changed the seats and then, because she saw a car with it that she really liked, we also added carbon fiber door entry guards.

I might change cars a lot, but I'm never changing this wife

My local dealer had a carrara white/natural brown turbo coupe in the service alley recently. That's a beautiful combination. The pictures don't do it justice. I always swore I'd never buy another white car, but....

You definitely picked the cheaper of the two to change on a regular basis.
