I had a exhaust burn on my bumper. So the dealer changed out the bumper and repainted the bumper.
Do I need to disclose this to the next owner? How much should I reduce the resale price?

In the UK the majority of used 911's for sale in OPC's will have had the front painted before sale to eliminate stone chips etc so don't worry about it. IMHO there should be no reason to lower the price.

I just had my rear bumper repainted due to a very slight tap in traffic. Looks perfect. I had the rear bumper repainted twice on my BMW. Value was not affected. Of course you might run into a buyer who is extremely **** and doesn't want the car because of it. Otherwise if it looks perfect it is perfect.

I am on your side, but unfortunately, it does not work that way, the paint never matches, it's super close, but its does not match, and when it comes time to sell, you get beat up over it, fortunately, its only a $2-5k hit depending on the car.
