It is a 996 with a salvage title and they are saying it is a 2008 997? I didn't read more than the first paragraph of their "novel."

Absurd is more like it. They give 996s facelifts and try to sell them as one of a kind. A couple months ago they had the "first" 997 turbo cab ever made (actually a 996 pimped out). Does anyone actually buy these cars, much les pay the prices they ask?

Do they give you a regional cocaine dealing franchise when you buy the car?

I wish there were additional pictures so I could see it from every angle.

This car is a joke.....and a bad one at that. I would prefer a 2004 996TT that they left alone or a true 997.

If you slide the top/down scroll bar fast enough, the car actually moved.

Geez....there must be 100-200 pics of this thing in there.

It's wicked-retahdehd.

I'd drive it over a Hyundai Accent, though.

It comes with 1 airbag and with a 'power seat driver'...

Seriously, though, 15-20 years ago I would have loved that car. So I'm sure it has its market segment. Apparently it's just not us.

Ås we would say in Boston, it's wicked ugly. But, there are apparently people out there attracted to this garbage. Why on earth would anyone pay the kind of money they expect for this contraption when it is obviously a poorly executed kit car?

Because that's exactly what all "997" should have............996 interior.

That won't be a dead give away when you're trying to pose to your friends about having a 2008......
