In the Porsche website, it lists them as '911 Targa 4' and '911 Targa 4S'. So, I guess it is acceptable to short form them to 'T4' and 'T4S'...
I really like that aluminium roofline arc trim on the 997 T4/T4S, very tastfully done. Do we have an official name or nick name for that trim?

I've always called it the "bling strip", I think after someone else started that on a thread with early 997 Targa pix. I didn't like it at first, but now it has grown on me. Plus on a white car the strip blends in when it is cloudy.

Striking color combo. I have black over sand beige in my car, also with the classic wheels. My view is that the classic wheels look great on the widebody 305's because the center of the wheel "indents" more and gives the look more depth.

As a side bar until a few months ago I thought the T4/S were ugly compromises and my sense was others thought the same too. After a good crop of new pics I'm changing my mind. Not sure if I would trade my Cab but...

Actually I think I have seen yours, or one similar, because I noticed the "blade" (I'm not going to call it the "bling bar") against the black and the sand beige interior. That's a great color combo for the T
