Tim, Good luck with your new 997, beautiful color combo.
Tried the wheel swap when I picked up my 06, dealer would not go for it, he did not want to bastardize one of his other cars and make them non-original, felt it would make the car he took the wheels off of harder to sell.

May be I was lucky -- When I got my new 07 997S, my dealer swapped the 19" Lobster wheels with a set of brand new 19" Carrera Classic wheels (with PS2 tires) from another 997S in the dealer, per my request.
My dealer only charged me $600 for the wheels, including labor and color center crests. I guess that was not bad, considered that it would cost me about the same money if I ordered the wheels and crests originally.
