Should these 2 filters inside the air filter be changed or Cleaned . If cleaned any ideas on what I use to clean them

 

Not sure. But when I opened mine up. I did blow the dirt of the one on the left. I am not sure what the one on the right is?

I shake my Air cleaner out every 5-6,000 miles. It always amazes me how much dirt comes out by just slappy it on the top of a garbage can. I have C2S.
