Cobalt is a little darker, more saturated color than most photos show it as... these couple pics are pretty close--- (well, depending on your computer monitor--as 911Dave said)...... note the Porsche Exclusive fire hydrant in the first pic

This is the interior I am pretty much going for - I wouldn't imagine it would work well with cobalt. Slate Gray, Basalt Black, Black, and GT Silver may work:

If I go cobalt I'll probably do natural gray.

That's a nice looking sporty interior for sure....not too sure about mixing it with Cobalt though.

Paul, I like the way the car looks in your photos - looks like th ecolor fits between lapis blue and iris blue. I definitely need to see it in person.

As a cobalt owner, its time to chime in. I think Cobalt is a love it or hate type of color. It really stands out from the average metallic blues, porsche or non-porsche. I've seen both iris and lapis blue in person. Cobalt is the lightest of all three, but also most complex. It really has the ability to change hue based on the time of day. There is no doubt of purple base, this is really brought out in early morning and late day light. The easiest comparison is to the blue used on the Golf R32 and Viper metallic blue. Compared to both, the cobalt is lighter and more complex. It really is an attention grabber!

Thanks!

I too am a fan of Cobalt blue, I think it is one of the best shades of blue on a car.

BTW, This is not my first Porsche with Cobalt Blue...
