Hey guys
I just got my Gateway 500 installed today in my 997 and just wanted to pass on the name of my installer for those of you who like me decided to have somebody else play with the power supply and MOST rings in their P-cars. I for one could have probably done it but didn't want to mess up anything in my car so I left it to those who have done them countless times.
Anyway the car looks great and sounds great. My installer's name is
Mark Johnson at Myer Emco at Bailey's Cross Roads/Falls Church store; (703)(703) 379-8800. He's one of their senior/master mobile electronics techs and I've seen him work on everything from my previous 996 and M3 to Acura NSX's and even a Lambo Diablo and a Murchilegeo (sp) in his shop. He's good, thorough and seems to know his stuff and also affordable. So let me know if you need a reference or give him a call and tell him I sent cha. He does custom jobs as well. Pics to be posted later.
