I used 2 coats on my Boxster and it would last an entire season (in Mass). You'll find that you'll only have to rinse off the top when you wash your car.
Any pictures?

I went with two coats on my cabriolet,--with a 15 minute wait between coats. (I actually masked off the rest of the entire car to do this!) Let the water tell you if it is enough. If it beads up it is enough. If not, let it dry again and do another.

I do this every 6 months and have always used only 1 coat per the instructions. Never needed more. Water beads up extremely well to the point where my application 6 months later is probably not really needed but I follow the regular regimen.

lol, that looks familiar
I did 3 coats for my fist application on the 987.
Seemed to work fine through the winter months but 2 may have been sufficient.
Re-application: 1 coat with Spring detail.
2 coats again before Winter.
good stuff, works well.
cheers

Raggtopp does not require that you mask anything (as opposed to the Porsche product). It's easy to clean from the windows and a detail spray takes if from the paint.
You SHOULD use a protectant on your top. It helps keep it clean and dry

True, you don't have to shield the rest of the car when spraying on RaggTopp, but it makes later clean up go faster.
