I'll be there - hope to find somebody in the house with a 997S with AWE headers, cats, and exhaust so I can see what I'll be enjoying once Spring comes and I can take my car out of storage and get the hardware put on
Got a note from George Beuselinck saying that the event was totally SOLD OUT with waiting list. Advised not to even bring a friend. So unless you are pre-registered, you're out of luck.
I'm going. For you guys that live in the area, what are the conditions like? I know it is raining now but did you guys get much snow. I think the rain will stop in a few hours. Will the roads be clear and dry? Just deciding wich car to bring.
Thanks, Rich
It's raining like crazy now and we expect a few inches (I live about 45 minutes away in central CT). For me it's an easy decision - the 997s is still in storage and I'll be coming in the A4. The problem in CT is the gravel they call "road sand". Then again, we're getting so much rain, it might get rid of the pebbles.
I live 2 minutes from FBL, the rain is expected to stop this afternoon and tomorrow looks to be beautiful. I am sure the majority of the junk will be off the roads but the remaining snow melting will keep the roads wet in spots. It is very hard to avoid all of the puddles this time of year.
