Default Pictures of Yellow Instrument Dial

Hello,

I am planning on guards red TT with sand beige interior. Black dials are no longer available; I don't like the white surface so am thinking of yellow instrument dials.

I've seen this combination of colors in Ferrari's and love it, but have never seen it in 997. If you have pictures, please post or send to my email cannga@pacbell.net .

Thanks in advance.

Consider beige dials. Better option I think, yellow will be a bit all over the place on a re car with sand beige

If you need more or better pictures of the yellow dials, let me know (the link above is to my car). I agree that I'm not sure how yellow dials would look with a beige interior, but I think they are slightly easier to read than the red dials.

Yellow dials look wonderful with black leather (& congrats on your very nice car)! I too am not sure how it would look with guards/sand. Someone did just post a couple pictures on rennteam.

Thanks everyone for the replies.

Default yellow dials

Hi,
These dials turn black at night.

Are the Dials displayed above in Yellow OEM or after-market?

I am attempting to obtain the OEM Instrument dials in Yellow, however, the Dealer has advised me that he does not have a PN for them. But, if we could obtain the VIN for a vehicle which came from the factory with that option, we could then obtain the correct PN. I am aware that the Option Code is 'XFH' for Instruments dials in Yellow, however, the Dealer wants to ensure that the correct part is ordered -I agree given the cost.

MY 2012 997.2 Turbo S. [BTW: I have researched the after-market alternatives, but prefer to replace the instrument cluster only with OEM parts. Likewise, for the Chrono Gauge.]

Thanks in advance if you can provide any assistance.

No PN? BS. Tell your dealer to actually do some work. Took me two minutes to find it. Verify in the actual PET and with the parts department. I'm on mobile so my info is incomplete here.
Hope this helps.

I would only rock a yellow instrument panel if I had a yellow car with black leather. Otherwise, it would look a bit silly, no? Especially on a red car w/ beige interior...
