Have full AWE System. No issues. Sounds good to me-that's what counts.....enjoy your car! Bringing my C2S over here this coming Spring.

Fabspeed is great! I had the headers, cats, and mufflers put on last year. After a few months the check engine light came on. The guys at Fabspeed replaced them without a hesitation. The test of a company is how they treat the customer after the purchase. Fabspeed pasted my test.

If I had to do it again, I would go with the Tubi. The sound is unbeleiveable and the car revs more freely do not know how much hp gained. Absoulutley no resonances at all.

I have the Fabspeed System and I love it. It has an amazing sound. I have been on several drives with friends and they all want to ride behind me just to listen to the car. I am not sure but I do think it is a bit quicker. No data to back that up. I almost bought a 05 Turbo S that had a Tubi system. While it had a great sound the pitch was higher than the Fabspeed and it had a drone that I thought was annoying after driving for a while.

From what some of you guys say, resonators are the loudest, just short of straight pipes.
In other words, from quietest to LOUDEST:
1. OEM exhaust
2. OEM exhaust, with larger headers
3. Sport exhaust
4. Sport exhaust with headers
5. Sport exhaust with Headers and cat bypass
6. Resonator with headers
7. Resonator with headers and cat bypass
8. STRAIGHT PIPES
9. STRAIGHT PIPES WITH CAT BYPASS

Also, please correct me if I am wrong, I am just guessing from what some guys say here:
Again, from quietest to LOWDEST:

1. AWE
2. PSE
3. Tubi
4. Tech Art
5. Borla
6. Fabspeed
?

Resurrecting this thread, I had FD Motorsports Sport muffler bypass (pretty similar to Gundo) installed a week or so ago. For me, the bypass along with the headers, cats and orange cap give the exhaust the perfect sound. Deep, throaty at idle, howls as the revs climb. No drone/resonance. Here's a quick video of cold (both car and ambient temperature) start:

Where did you have the work done? I'm considering similar upgrades in the spring (when I can actually get up my driveway :-).

Definitely louder, sort of a full-throated roar. Exactly what I was trying to achieve!

Gene, had everything done at EPE in Natick. Jerry, Bill and Matt are great to deal with and know Porsche inside and out. With my Sottozeros on 18" winter rims I've had no trouble getting out there and back, including some hills just for the fun of it. These cars can work really well in the winter, only worried about other drivers!

Please say hello to Jerry Pelligrino at EPE. He used to keep my narrow body turbo in fine tune many many years ago! (This was it).

Beautiful turbo!! Will definitely pass along your greetings to Jerry. Fortunately (or unfortunately wallet-wise) I seem to be seeing him fairly often
