Does the 997 3.8L motor come with the 996 X51 oil sump with baffles?

Does the 997 3.8L motor come with the 996 X51 oil sump with baffles?
I've read a few posts in passing conversation saying the 3.8L motor in the Carrera S has this and never received an absolute verification on it. Has anyone torn one down or have any substantiating evidence to validate this rumor?

Hi,
the part number for the baffles is 997 107 243 00. The
baffles is held to the oil pan with a M6 x 16 torx screw.
The X-51 baffles apear to be held in with a hex bolt.
Call suncoast and adk them for the part number for
the baffles.
