I wish you luck with this, but I don't believe you can just bolt-on a 997 X51 header on a non-X51 engine. I was over at Ruf when they got their first 3.8 X51 engine. They indicated that both the intake and exhaust manifolds have different bolt patterns matching the new heads. They heads are different castings, not just CNC'd like the 3.6l X51.

Why do you need X-51 headers...? Or you already have an X-51 and it's cracked?

Go aftermarket! They look prettier!
