And at 132K MSRP it must be super loaded because mine was 121K and it IS super loaded.

The CTTS is an epic machine.

I've got the invoice info from the dealer on my cayman - looks legit. deposit is on Amexin case there are any issues....

I think its "used" because it would be easier to flip it if it were titled new. Flipping could still be an option.

Well, that is my plan to filp or keep and sell my 05 CS. The only issue is they have tried to sell this one before at $90k and no sale. So the CTS market may be a little soft and even at $88k, that might still be high.

It does have 450 miles.

Local Porsche dealer here had an 07 Turbo and were selling used because they bought it from a PA dealer. Car only had 27 miles on it, but since they actually bought it from their inventory, not a swap, they have to sell it as used...at least, that's the story I was told.

I would think that meant they titled it, not sure though.

Crown Porsche/BMW is a fantastic dealer. Matt, Ahna and the gang are awesome. The county or city of Charlottesville would not grant or issue the proper zoning for the new building that PCNA required so they took back the dealer franchise. Locals can still get service there.
See Ahna for the best customer service....on BMW's too.
I bought my 997S from Ahna.

I just bought an M3 coupe; if I could've had a new Cayman S for just $6k more, I would've done it. Day late, dollar short.

Dave -- Thanks for the info on these prices. As of this morning, all that is left are the Cayennes.

I've Been using Crown since they were Pegasus, as far as service they can now only do simple stuff (oil changes) but can't do warranty work or even plug in for diagnostics. I know this because they are flat bedding My 997 down to Euroclassics in Richmond as we speak. They had some incredible deals, a hot C4S guards red/black, lots of carbon, lots of options, PSE, 121000.00 list for 91K.

Here's a message from Rick at Crown that he asked me to post for everyone:

I want to thank everyone for calling and helping us out yesterday. My
apologies to those who missed their pick by less than 2 minutes (It
happened three times that I know of). If cell phones cause cancer, I'm
in deep s*** after the responses I got.

I felt like stock broker yesterday rather than a Porsche dealer, but it
was great to see so many of you get such great deals on the best cars on
the road!

We currently have only the C2 Cab and both CTS's left.

Special thanks to Dave for his unsolicited posting. We never met, and
never did business together, but for myself, I enjoyed working with him
over the months he was in the market.

We will miss Porsche very much. I had the best job in the world
(especially getting to drive everything closed circuit before you guys
did on launch day) and I will continue to live vicariously through you.
I hope we have the privilege to represent Porsche, and you, again.

Happy New Year.

Wow, it's rare that these too-good-to-be-true stories actually work out.

Congrats new owners!
