I installed my V1 two nights ago. Hardwired into an open fuse slot and ready to go! Easy install with exception to trying to get my body contored to hook up the ground under the dash . . . I need to do some Yoga beforehand . . . LOL.

I undertand that there is a manufacturer of a portable navigation system that also features BT for your phone as well as a radar detector. I suspect that is the best way to hide a radar detector. If LE thinks it's merely a nav unit they may be less hostile to you!
