The 997 GT3RS uses the C4 wide body in order to homologate the wider track of the new 997 RSR, which uses wider rear rubber than 996 RSR.

There are no spacers on the rear of the 4/4S when equipped with either the Carrera Classic or Lobster rims. The track difference is mainly from wider rear rubber 10mm per side. I believe the Sport rims do require a spacer because of a decreased offset relative to the other Porsche rims.
