I just picked these up for my 997 fix.
The 977 Factory Service information book, the 997 Factory Turbo Service book, and the 997 Factory GT3 Service book. These are NOT service manuals, but give a world of technical information regarding each model with color pictures and diagrams that explain just about everything regarding the 997. They were given to all PNA techs as a techincal introduction to each model. They were never sold to the public. I tried getting one from my Porsche dealer, but no luck. I got all of them on Ebay.
The main book is the 997 Service Information book and is about 200 pages. The Turbo and GT3 books are more like supplements of the 997 book, and less than half in size.
The 997 Turbo Factory DVD is awesome and very well done. The Opus section was ok, but the Masterwerk section shows the technical side of the 997 Turbo in detail. I picked mine up on E-bay for $25. I wounder if there is such a DVD for the 997?

Yes the 997 book is one of the PDF files on the CD I got from you a while back. I believe it is the #6 and #7 PDF file in from the left. BTW your CD is awesome with a full service manual as well. I would love to get my hands on a true 997 Service manual some day. In the meantime your CD is the best. Thanks again.

Can someone please tell me how can I get a copy of the 997 Model Introduction 'Service Technik' manual (app 200 page spiral bound book)? I have been looking for a long time but to no avail. My dealer cannot find it. MTIA.

Jeff,
I couldn't get one from my dealer as well. That is why I went on Ebay. You will have greater luck on Ebay than any Porsche dealer. These 997 service books were for PNA techs only. Expect to pay around $50 per book on Ebay. Best of Luck.

I haven't got the car - a car - yet, but when I called Brandywine they said the only copy in the country (in the computer) was at Stoddard outside Cleveland. ..Snagged it. I like 'paper'. Thanks for the tip.
