Thanks guys - Actually I did fit clear markers from Eric a couple of weeks ago. Agree that it cleans up the look.

Btw, for those interested in testing their avatars (larrytrk ) there are test threads in the Help Forums set up for that purpose, so you don't have to start a a brand new thread and draw undue attention to yourself in the process -- "Hey, look at me, sporting a new avatar!!!" ...

It's actually easier, btw, to just post a simple reply in any existing thread just to see how it looks. If you have nothing important to say in your post, you can just say "ditto" or "I agree" and no one will suspect a thing about your desire to test a new avatar. Unless of course your real intention is to call attention to yourself!

... or you can just look at one of your old posts, because the current avatar is displayed on all of your posts, past or present.

Yeah, I was going to mention that as well. You would only need to open up another browser window with one of your posts showing for confirmation. Of course, the only time that won't work is if you've never posted before and are about to post for the very first time, which makes it unlikely that your first post is to start a thread for the sole purpose of displaying your avatar.
