I gotta thank you folks for all the help you've given me. Thanx.

I just reconfigured my car. And, I did so with *** (sort of a double entendre with my post, eh?). Based on your recommendations ... But, (butt?) ... I do need full electric adjustment of the seats. The website is not all that forth coming when one configures a car to say which seats come with full electric functions.

Here's the deal. I need full electric adjustment of both the driver and passenger seats. And, altho pricey, I think I will continue with the full leather option as well. Plus, I believe the sport seats will be best suited for my **** based on most of the recommendations I've received.

Sooooo.... with this in mind, what are my option codes for full leather, full electric function driver/passenger, and sport seats? The website is just toooooo confusing for me. Each time I try to configure this I get different results. Guess taking 4 years to get thru Junior College is now showing.

Thanx, again.

***'s include the electric seat functions. If you also get full leather, the adaptives are $2,695, if you don't get full leather, they are $3,055.

You need to get the detailed order guide if you don't have it. It's available on renntech.org (not sure whether you have to be a paid member to access it. If you want, PM me with your email and I'll send the order guide to you (let me know which model you are ordering, i.e. coupe, C4S, cab, etc.).

Baggerdude - look at my sig for what you need to order for the seats. Notice it is P01L (when you have full leather) and yes, they are full electric.

Thanx, Ron....

Yeah, that'll do. I do have PO1L on my list. Guess I guessed correctly, eh. Thanx for pointing me to your list.

Maybe I am not very demanding, but I found the regular seats on the 993 and the **** on the 997 both to be comfortable on long trips. Recently took the 997 to the Parade in Portland, about 1100 miles in 1-1/2 days. It was a great ride.

I have the sport seats and really enjoy them. If I'd ordered the car I would have gotten the adaptive sport seats.

I have the standard seats in an 06 997 s cab.
My wife drives a mercedes 320 clk cab. After a 3 1/2 hour road trip, we both think
that these seats are fantastic, comfy and better than the 320's. I cannot comment on the sport seats.
