Thanks to Chris C and Golfman. I think I'll try a set of 15mm or 17mm in the rear. Golfman, let me know how yours work out.

Can't offer any solid advice on size selection, but these two threads show how 5mm and 14 mm spacer sets are attached to the hub respectively:

You are welcome! I'm glad I could help. The 15mm spacers on your 10" wheels (assuming 65mm offset) should push the wheels out about 9/16th of an inch and still be slightly inside the fender-well. They should look good!

I agree that the 5mm spacers are rather subtle, however, after installing H&R springs w/ Stock 19" S wheels, the 5mm spacers were the perfect finishing touch. Its harder to notice at stock ride height. Just my 2 cents.

The offset on the 18x10" is actually 58 mm. I used the 1010tires.com calculator and compared it to stock 19X11" wheel with 67mm offset. It should extend 11mm further. Which would be close to a 1/2 inch more than 19X11. I believe that will still fit under the rear fender wells.

Please correct me if I am wrong on this.
