Good price on a "05" C2??
Saw a C2 on the net with about 2000 miles on it. It has NAV, BOSE sound Pack. and is a TIP. It is probably like brand new condition with only 2000 miles on it similiar to the one I own now. It is going to be a two year old car once when we go into 2007. What would be a typical trade in price that I would get from a dealer?? I am in Northern California. Checked Edmunds and KBB already but read their figures may be off/unrealistic.

A user here, "Red Adair", just bought a TIP '05 Launch 997S (just about every option, including PCCB) with 12kmiles for, he says, $74k. The car was located in No. California also. That being a comparison, I can't imagine the car you describe could be much more than $65k-$66k as a selling price- maybe slightly more given the low miles.
So, I assume you'd get a lot less on a trade-in. (Maybe $62k?)

RedRam -
You did see the car at Nohr's Autobroker.
I've been having a great time getting to know the 997 platform. Way different than the 993... I drove both yesterday. I enjoy them both tremendously.

66500 !?!
It looks like the car that you found is EXACTLY the one I am lusting for.
Good job on this one, most of the 05's that I see on the Porsche site are about 8-10K more than that.
What whas the asking price on the car? How did you get them down to 66?

From mdrob1213 past post his actual price was 65000 at 10k miles.
On another post I read someone paid 66500 for a 5k car.
Still, another did it at 65500 for a 2k car.
Sounds to me these are all great deals!!!

They wanted $69900 for it which was the same as what I saw on Porsche's website for certified pre-owned cars. After going round and round for a minute with the sales manager for a few days we ended up at the final figure. They tried to sweeten the deal to $67500 and upgrading the car to 19" Sport Design wheels/tires. I wanted the multifunction steering wheel instead which the parts manager said would be about $3k installed including labor and parts. So I kept the 18" Carrera classics and left the price at the agreed upon amount. Also it probably helped that I was trading my old 99 996 in to them as well as my 02 BMW M3 so they realized that I was shooting for a basic complete trade value wise with as little out of pocket as necessary. So things equaled out pretty even in the end.
