Anyone know where to get a jack to change to winter tires? Any special info needed or torques?

I bought this floor jack at Sears. It has 2 1/4-ton capacity, it is small and comes in a carrying case. Good for the occasional need to lift the car. You might want to consider jack stands too, for added safety. Don't rely solely on a hydraulic jack to support the car if you will be working under the car.
