LEATHER HEADLINER
#2
It only matters if it's worth it to you.
The standard Alcantara headliner is nice; not sure that leather is worth a dime more. Ceramic brakes are probably not worth a dime either unless you're an experienced track driver and plan to use your car hard on the track on a regular basis.

I also have the PCCB's on my C2S. They should make these std in every car! Man these things stop well and like everyone else says, the pedal feel!
Cleanup is a breeze, once cool to the touch, wheels get a wash and good to go, or you can used any other method as long as they are cool.
Downside: Replacement costs. If perhaps you crack a rotor, expect to pay $5K per rotor! But if you take car of your car, these will last for the life of the car so I hear. These are also second Generation or GenII PCCB's. First Generation had all kinds of issues. Not to worry, they resolved all of them AFAIK.
Pass on the leather headliner, no need for it. Spend the $$ on better "Sport" options: PSE, Short Shist, X51 etc.

Deanski

I can't agree more. Unless money is an issue, PCCB is a must. If you drive cars with and without them back to back you will notice the difference, not so much in stopping power but also in handling. And at the track, they are a dream. All the extra leather, etc, will not improve speed nor handling.

I love the PCCB's. The more I drive on them, the more I like them. I autocrossed last Saturday and was surprised they drew a pretty steady stream of comments from other enthusiasts throughout the day. They are still a pretty rare sight in Porsche circles.

My bad...
It is available
Option XMA: A/B Pilar/Roof Liner Leather $1,180
Interesting you order Full Leather the A, B, C pillars are already in leather.
But whats the point...more leather smell, impress your buddies.
Heck you don't touch it or really look at it.
Performance value = zip

I had that on another Porsche (the ceiling) and thought it was pretty nice, but it's not that big a deal.
The PCCBs are very nice. While you can get dust on your wheels with them, it is so slight that with my XRR rims and the painted centers (seal greay or something?) that you can't really detect it unless you give the wheel the white glove treatment.
I highly recommend the PCCBs. In time I think the replacement cost of a rotor will drop.
