Default Service dealer recommandation needed

Can anyone provide your service experience with Sonnen Porsche in Mill Valley, CA. Good or bad experience welcome. I will bring my 997 in for ripped seat repair/replace under warrenty. Want to get some feedback from you all before bringing her in.

Stephen - I live in Chicago, but I work for a company based in San Rafael. On several trips to Marin last year, I visited Sonnen in my search for a 997 C4S. While I ended up purchasing my car in Kansas, I can say that the staff at Sonnen treated me well. No pressure at all. Their shop is clean and functional-looking, also. I know that they've been in business for a long time in Marin; not sure how they could survive in that enviroment if they were not customer oriented...

IMHO, I don't think that you can lose by making a visit to Sonnen. Maybe another local can give you better data.
