Why does the car not beep? Seems silly when even a focus will beep at you when you lock it.

Rhetorical question, correct?

I thought I read somewhere that the dealer can activate a lock/unlock chirp on the car? That's something I've been meaning to address. The sensitive trunk-pop key is annoying as well.

I agree with everyone else about the benefits/features of this device, and I'm 100% in on a group-buy if we go forth.

Default since the module seems to be the same for 997/Cayman/987

you may also want to post in the 997Turbo/987/Cayman forums and perhaps other boards also (like ppbb.com, 6speed, etc)

the more the better, right?

I didn't know if that violated rennlist rules to cross post a group buy like that? If it doesn't I am happy to do it but I didn't want to get in trouble so I thought I would error on the side of caution.

good point... i didn't think of that and don't know the answer but it may not be 'kosher' to do so

at least, I am sure the 997Turbo/Cayman/987 forums on rennlist are ok
