Thinking of buying the Gritot's Random Orbital Polisher

Get the Makita 9227. It's the absolute best, as Deanski will tell you. It's what the pros use.

I have never used a PC orbital, but I am a big fan of all Griot's products. I have had their orbital for about 3 months now, and all their products just work great together. I have used their paint polishes, glass polishes, and pads with their orbital without any issues whatsoever.

If you do not have a sock or tail to cover the cord, just drape it over your sholder as you go to polish so it does not touch the finish.
For pads that have one of THE BEST adapters as opposed to backing plates, you want to look at The Edge pads. Edge Pads
Happy polishing!
