Default New 997s Cab FINALLY!!!!!

Finally after a long haul from a dealer trade in Washington it is FINALLY here. I must say that Reeve's in Tampa really took care of my wife and I. Our salesman Henery was AWESOME. The dealer trade did not go very well due to the Washington state dealer being a bit hard to deal with then forgetting to send the car and then the manager went on vacation and then the shipping company route problems. All in all Reeves took excellent care of us. Here are some pictures.

The pictures do not do these wheels justice. I will try and get a better picture in better light. The wheels have a titanium finish and look a little bit smoked and the lips is more of a shiny brushed aluminum color. Also the Fabspeed mufflers are awesome. I can't wait to get through the dang break in. It's hard to keep it under 4200rpm! Also before some say's one thing about this car being a tipronic I have to tell you I have no option since 3 years ago I was hit on my motorcycle and lost my entore left leg...thus...I can not push a clutch anymore. However playing around with the Tip paddles is fun.
see ya, Mike

Let me guess, that WA state dealer was Barrier Porsche in Bellevue. They are the largest in the state and one of the largest sellers of Porsche's in the country (thanks to all of the Microsoft people who buy cars there) so they are a real pain in the butt to deal with.

Those pictures are absolutely amazing! What kind of camera are you using? I might have to go get a new camera after seeing how crystal clear those pics are!

Congrats on the sweet ride - she's a beauty!

Yep Barrier Porsche! They lied about the front not being drilled for a plate, they lied about shipping the car on dealer trade to my dealer Reeve Porsche the oldest Premium dealer in the country, the lied about the miles on the car saying it had 18 and it came in with 85 miles and then they lied again about shipping the car and then the Barrier Porsche GM went on a 10 day vacation and nobody claimed they knew anything. All the while Reeves sent a car in dealer trade the next day and Barrier had it in 5 days. It took many phone calls and then 2 weeks of trying to get it shipped and then 3 more weeks on a truck across the USA. Barrier Porsche SUX! I WISH I could ruin a sale for them as they were just out right RUDE.

Ronmart, my camera is a Canon 20D and the lens I used was just a 17-85mm EFS w/ Image Stabilazation.I want to get a better Canon L glass lens. I have a nice Canon 100-400mm L glass lens I use for my air show phot's and sports. I shot in Tv (shutter app) and around 250 w/ a Canon 580EX flash and around 500 with out the flash. Actually the pictures were resized down to 750x500 and saved at only high and not maxium resolution. the full rez pics are awesome. When I'm taking pictures not to be put on the web I usually shoot in RAW and process in Photoshop or Canon Photo Professional.
