NAV says "Caution Restricted Access"

NAV says "Caution Restricted Access"
At one of the hospitals that I go to, my NAV guidance says "Caution Restricted Access" when I arrive...I did it a few times to confirm it. I thought perhaps this was a warning that the NAV has for hospital zones but it doesn't say it at the other hospitals that I work at.
I can't find it in the manual.
Has anyone else encountered this peculiar warning???

maybe it means that there's restricted access in that area? For example, a military base where the public is not normally permitted, or a private community, or possibly the particular parking lot at that hospital? Perhaps it's warning you that your car may be towed, or you may be in a potentially off limits location?

My "squeezes" street is not paved in Mass. and now is terribly potholed. My nav. says the same thing. Either, it's a warning about her, or it has to do with a private road!
Maybe, there is a secret military installation in her basement!!

With the extended nav in use in Europe I never encountered any messages of that sort,--and I entered several military bases. (I'm retired military). I will definitely check it out when it arrives stateside.
