Craig, this is indeed a challenge. That it is non small cell is good news as I'm told those don't spread well. My father was diagnosed with a tennis ball sized tumour in the left lobe and had surgery and walked out of the hospital after a week with a prescription for tylenol 3 which he didn't use. He was 84 at the time. None of it was easy but he did it. Take it one day at a time and let those around you help you get better.

The nero surgeon believes the operation could have positive results then there will be cemo and radiation treatments that follow. I have enjoyed my sharing on the Forum and truly wish I was not reporting this news. Thanks for all the advice from you guys and I hope to be back . Your prayers are needed.

Hi Craig,

I'm going to have a 1-to-1 talk with the big guy upstairs about you.

Craig,

Sorry to hear the bad news. Like others here, I also had a bout with cancer. It seems like a stange and distant memory now but when the doctor says those magic words it sure gets you thinking. Best of luck and don't ever forget there is still a lot of life to live on the other side of treatment.

I think it's wonderful that some concerned Rennlisters are still posting in this thread, but sadly, Craig J. Cope passed away on February 18. Please see https://rennlist.com/forums/997-forum/358330-rip-craig-cope-fellow-rennlister.html.
