Default Let the Modifications begin….

Ok I’ve had my car about seven months and just hit the 2000 mile mark so I figured it was some time for some mods. The first thing I did was change my wheels, originally I had the lobster claws and I thought they were ok but everyone has them so I took them off and stored them in the garage and switched to the Carrera Sport xxr wheels and boy do I love these wheels. Next (here comes the good stuff) I did the Fab Speed Cold air intake, then Super Sprint headers and Fab Speed Cats coupled with the PSE I originally had with the car. Let me tell you it really woke the car up and the sound is down right intoxicating. It goes in next week for tuning on the dyno and ECU upgrade I’ll keep you posted on how that goes.

Here is a couple of pics of the wheels.

I just got home from a nice drive, I do really need to take her our more, I remember when I traded in my 03 Boxster S it had 7800 miles on it and I really didn’t enjoy that car enough, as my brother always says “I’m keeping nice for the next guy”.

Car looks awesome with those wheels. I think those are the nicest factory wheels for the 997. Best of luck with the mod's and please keep us posted.

The wheels look GERAT! Much better than the lobster forks, IMO!
