I've seen instructions before - they are in a 34 page document in the TSB section posted at Renntech.org.

If you don't trust yourself cutting that second opening I'm sure that you can order that inner panel from Porsche. Or simply mark the inside of the lid after installing the new air filter assembly and make sure it sort of lines up with the opening you create. The only issue that I noticed was that the frame assembly may be different as well,--note that the shape of the frame to that inner panel is not symmetrical.
