the point is that its removable, any other factor plays a small role next to that attribute...

towhook installed
I received and installed it last Friday-which was pretty funny given I was pulled over in Manhattan while stuck in traffic the day before by a nice cop on foot-who actually believed my story that the part was in the mail.
Install was easy-the screws that hold the license plate to the bracket are too long-they catch on my sheepskin mitt. I will replace with shorter screws.
