Mike - I hope you know I was just kidding. It was an attempt at dry humor. I had to use the first word to set up joke about the second word, which you had obviously "misspelled" intentionally. I just found your phrase “can't spell worth a sh*!@” hilarious! It was along the lines of “I’d give my left arm to be ambidextrous.”

Sure A.S.S. may be a little further up the evolutionary scale....and definitely waaaaay up the monitary scale, but the standard Sport Seats fit and work just fine for me and I'm a pretty big guy @ 6'5" 235lb.

This is a great thread for my wife and I because we actually felt the regular seat with the electronic pkg felt better. I am 6'5" tall and my left leg which is a full prosthetic did not seem to fit at the thigh to well into the adaptive seats. The adaptive seats seemed much more narrow to me were the regualr seats with lumbar seemed to form fit around me.
We need to make a decesion and fast because we are about ready to order our car.

i just did 3 hours in my c2s cab with the standard seats with power...pure bliss!!! no back or hip pain and i have chronic back and hip from a bad accident 2 years ago...the only draw back of the standard power seats are during extreme high speed cornering sports seats will hold you better but i figure on the street that is about 1% of the time...Of course my pathetic body and rear are so distorted and screwed up that i am hardly a normal example!!!!

A.S.S. Here's my routine;

Iopen them up too big, sit my butt down in the way I want, and Pump em Up!

Like...in a womb. Mind you I'd have never bought em in an on-order car, but my next car will def have them. 6' 205

Very comfortable.

You can deflate the BOTTOM seat cushion side bolsters in the *** to be less than the standard seat, so that should help with your thigh. However, most of these seats have the bladders filled half way both on the bottom cushion and the seatback cushion which may not be comfortable for someone as large as you.

Wife and I spent the better half of the day car shopping. Went back to 2 Porsche dealers and tried out the standard and sport adap seats for quite a while. We both agree and even the salesman that the standard seats are more comfortable for the long run.
You have to have a small frame at the hips to really fit in the Sport Adapt seats...they are just way to tight for everyday driving for anyone 6'1" or taller due to the extra high sides on the seat bottom. Or you must be super skinny with no azz muscel. My wife is very petite Italian 4'11 so she fits fine in the Sport Adapt seats

I'm 6'1" 185 lbs with a bad back and the adaptive sport seat is the best car seat I've ever been in (especially on drives > 1 hour).
