PASM Question
Now i know if i get a 997 with PASM, i cant lower the car with Coilovers. Can i use a Set of Lowering Springs, to lower the car? Did the 996 come with PASM? Thanks and please LMK
I am not sure if fully understand your questions about the 996
There are coil over systems available for 997, one that I know is made by H&R 29239-5, however it will delete your PASM.
There are also a variety of lowering springs aout there as well "Eibach, TechArt,"
Do a search on this board for "lowering springs" there is allot of info

997 with PASM, can you use Lowering Spring, or will i have to Delete the PASM? I know you cant use Coilover, i already mentioned that.
Did the 996 come with PASM?
PASM is connected to your dampeners" Shocks"
Lowering springs will just lower the car, PASM will still function.
I am not too sure about the 996, they may have had something similar called psm

PASM was introduced on the 997 and the 987 Boxster. It does not exist on the 996 or earlier Boxster. PSM is a very different thing, it is a stability management system.
